What is the ELEVATE Rewards membership?
ELEVATE is the way to improve your guest experience. It has three main benefits:
ELEVATE MEMBERS earn points for every dollar spent, which can be redeemed for tickets and concession vouchers. To receive points for online purchases, you will also be required to link your account to online purchases.
ELEVATE MEMBERS have access to special screenings, advance tickets, and exclusive member offers.
ELEVATE MEMBERS who do not opt out of receiving occasional text and email communications from us receive special promotional pricing, including Family Tuesday and free popcorn on Wednesday. Other discounts may apply.

Is there a fee associated with an ELEVATE Rewards membership?
There is no fee to join to be an Eagle ELEVATE Rewards member.
What other benefits are there with ELEVATE Rewards?

What happened to Fivestars Loyalty?
Fivestars Loyalty is being rebranded as the ELEVATE Rewards tier of EAGLE Sky Membership program. Points earned in Fivestars Loyalty since January 1, 2019 will be transferred to ELEVATE Rewards—provided that your ELEVATE account uses the same cell number as your Fivestars account.
Can I sign up at the theater?
Until the program launches in October of 2023, you can only enroll online. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A FIVESTARS LOYALTY MEMBER PLEASE USE THE SAME CELL NUMBER FOR YOUR NEW REWARDS ACCOUNT.
The information we need for your account includes first and last names, email, cell number, and birthdate.
Is it better to sign up online?
Yes. We recommend this to speed your transaction at the theater.
If I am currently a Fivestars member, do I need to sign up separately for ELEVATE Rewards?
Yes. Fivestars only required a cell number to get and redeem points. For ELEVATE, we need your first name, last name, email, cell, and birthdate. If you use the same cell number for your ELEVATE account, we will be able to match you up and transfer your Fivestars points.
If I sign up for SOAR Subscription, do I also need to sign up for ELEVATE Rewards?
No. ELEVATE Rewards are included as part of your SOAR Subscription
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by signing into your account online or when purchasing your tickets. If you are purchasing your ticket at the theater, you can earn points by either providing your phone number or email address during checkout.
Are there restrictions on how I can earn points?
A few. Points cannot be earned for (1) taxes, (2) online ticketing fees, and (3) administrative fees associated with your SOAR Subscription.
When do I receive points for purchase of Gift Cards or for my SOAR Subscription?
Points are made upon REDEMPTION of a gift card for an eligible transaction. You do not get points for your SOAR Subscription until a movie credit is used, at which time you receive 8 points.
How are the points I earn for a purchase calculated?
Points are calculated based on the pre-tax subtotal of the transaction. If the transaction has a partial dollar value, points are rounded up or down based on the amount. Transactions $0.50 and up are rounded to the nearest whole point, transactions $0.49 and below are rounded down to the nearest whole point.
Is there a limit to points I can earn?
Members can earn up to 500 points in a single 24-hour period, with no transactional limit.
Do points expire?
Unused points expire 12 months after issuance. Points are used on a first-in, first-out basis for redemption, so your oldest points are always used first.
I didn’t provide my contact information during checkout or an online purchase. Can I still earn points?
No, you must identify yourself during checkout by providing your phone number/email address attached to your account to earn points for a transaction. If purchasing online, you must be logged into your account.
Do I earn points for tickets purchased from a third-party ticker seller such as Atom Tickets or Fandango?
Points are only earned on your Eagle ELEVATE Rewards membership.
Why are the points I get from an advance ticket purchase not showing up?
Points earned for buying advance tickets are not redeemable until the show-time of the advance ticket purchase has passed. If the purchase is refunded before the show-time, the points issued are deducted from your account.
How do I use a free ticket reward that I earn from accumulating Eagle Elevate Rewards points?
After redeeming your points for a free ticket, it will populate as a “Credit” on your account. ELEVATE Rewards members can use their Credit toward any regular 2D movie at all Eagle Theaters. You can upgrade any ticket to a premium format for a small upcharge. Credits expire 90 days from date of issuance for Eagle ELEVATE Rewards members and never expire for active Eagle SOAR subscribers.
