Under limited circumstances, a refund may be available for tickets purchased online. Keep in mind that when your ticket is purchased, that seat is taken out of inventory and is unavailable to be so sold to anyone else. If your plans change and you are unable to use your ticket, you MUST contact the local manager no later than 60 minutes before the showtime. The convenience fee is NOT refundable. The ticket price refund is available in the form of a Gift Card for the face amount. Refunds are NOT available after your scheduled showtime, except in extraordinary circumstances.
